The UT Tower will shine with burnt orange lights Friday, March 3, 2023, in honor of Michael and Erika Linford.

The path toward a degree from the Cockrell School of Engineering has now widened for aspiring engineers thanks to a transformational gift from Cockrell School alumnus Michael Linford and his wife, Erika. Their gift will provide need-based scholarship support for high-potential students, eliminating the financial barrier these students and their families face when pursuing engineering degrees.
