Texas Exes Celebrate 2025 Distinguished Alumnus Award Winners

The UT Tower will shine with burnt orange lights Friday, November 21, in honor of the newest recipients of the Texas Exes Distinguished Alumnus Award.
The Distinguished Alumnus Award recognizes alumni who have made significant achievements in their careers and service to the University. The 2025 honorees include:

- Bill Gurley | MBA ’93; General Partner, Benchmark Capital; Austin, TX; Life Member
- Fran Harris | BJ ’87, MA ’91, MSTC ’18; Founder, Broadcaster, WNBA Champion; Austin, TX; Life Member
- Richard J. Reddick | BA ’95; Senior Vice Provost and Dean of the Undergraduate College, The University of Texas at Austin; Austin, TX; Life Member
- Lynn Utter | BBA ’84; Corporate Executive; Breckenridge, CO; Life Member
- Del Williams | BBA ’83, JD ’85; General Counsel of Hillwood, a Perot Company; Dallas, TX; Life Member

The Texas Exes created the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1958 to honor alumni who have distinguished themselves in their profession, community and through service to the University.
